Show guide
Quick facts
Facts checked Oct. 17, 2026.
World of Concrete 2027 at a glance
The signature outdoor event is the SPEC MIX BRICKLAYER 500, which marks its 25th anniversary on Wednesday, Jan. 20, at 11 a.m. in the Bronze Lot next to the South Hall (WOC outdoor events). It's part of what WOC calls Masonry Madness Day, with the MCAA skills events earlier that morning.
Who attends and how the floor is organized
WOC describes its floor as "equipment, tools, products and services for the commercial construction, concrete and masonry industries." Exhibitors are grouped into targeted areas by hall (WOC targeted areas):
WOC hasn't posted verified 2027 attendance or exhibitor counts on the pages I checked, so I'm not quoting any.
Michael's Tip
A booth in the Silver or Bronze Lot means your staff work outdoors for three days in January. Plan shorter outdoor shifts than you would inside, pack layers and give people a warm place to take breaks. Before you plan heaters, tents or anything that runs on power, read what the ESM allows for the lots.
Exhibitor tips for World of Concrete 2027
Badges by booth size
Per WOC's exhibitor FAQs, your badge allotment is based on the total square footage you buy:
WOC's example is two booths, one 800 square feet and one 200 square feet, which total 1,000 square feet and get 40 badges. Extra badges cost more, and paid exhibitor badges aren't refundable.
Deadlines, move-in and the ESM
WOC says move-in and move-out times are in the Exhibitor Service Manual on your Exhibitor Dashboard. The 2027 dates aren't public, so I'm listing them as TBA rather than guessing. WOC's first-time exhibitor page still shows deadlines from an earlier show, so go by the ESM, not that page.
When the ESM opens, put these on one calendar:
- The discount deadline for show services
- The EAC (exhibitor-appointed contractor) notification deadline
- The advance warehouse window
- Your targeted move-in and move-out times
WOC's first-time exhibitor page mentions a Freeman Show Services bill, and WOC's 2027 exhibitor list includes Freeman Exhibitor Services desks in the North and Central Halls and an outdoor desk. Freeman is the general contractor for World of Concrete 2027, so you'll order show services from Freeman through the ESM.
Filling your booth
WOC doesn't sell its attendee list, per its exhibitor FAQs, so treat any list offer as a scam. Exhibitors can buy discounted passes for their customers, and the details are on the same FAQ page. For invitation copy, see my pre-show email templates and the trade show marketing section.
Michael's Tip
The Exhibits-Only price goes from $115 to $145 after Dec. 11, 2026, so get your first customer invite out before that date. A $30 savings gives people a reason to register now instead of later. Put your hall and booth number in the invite, since the show spreads across three halls and two lots.
Rules that catch people out
- Photography. WOC's attendee FAQs say photography isn't permitted in the exhibit hall without the exhibitor's prior approval. Images for print, broadcast or other media need show management's approval too.
- Suitcasing. WOC's exhibitor FAQs don't allow it, so keep your selling inside your own space.
- Young people at move-in. Under-18s aren't considered exhibit personnel and can't be in the halls, outdoor exhibit areas or dock areas during move-in and move-out. On show days, under-16s can come in with an adult.

Attendee tips for World of Concrete 2027
Register before Dec. 11
Per WOC's registration page, the Exhibits-Only badge is $115 through Dec. 11, 2026, and $145 after. From Jan. 17 to 21, 2027, the price is $165. There's no onsite registration, so register online before you travel and bring a government-issued photo ID to print your badge. WOC says fees range from $115 to $750 depending on your business type and when you register. A replacement badge costs $165.
On cancellations, the Exhibits-Only fee and shuttle pass aren't refundable. Seminar cancellations through Dec. 11, 2026, carry a $75 fee per seminar or $175 per Super Pass package, and there are no refunds after that.
Registration and bag check
Registration hours are Sun., Jan. 17, noon to 5 p.m.; Mon., Jan. 18, through Wed., Jan. 20, 7 a.m. to 5 p.m.; and Thu., Jan. 21, 7 a.m. to 3 p.m. Bag and coat check costs $10 per item, per the registration page.
Education
Education runs Jan. 18-21, and Monday, Jan. 18, is a full education day from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. with more than 50 sessions, per WOC's 2027 pricing and hours page. Seminar and Super Pass pricing is on the registration page.
Michael's Tip
With three halls and two outdoor lots, plan your visit by hall instead of by company name. Group your stops using the targeted areas list, and save the Bronze Lot for Wednesday at 11 a.m. if you want to catch the Bricklayer 500. The halls close at 3 p.m. on Thursday, so put your must-see booths on Tuesday and Wednesday.
Travel, hotels and parking
Book through onPeak, which WOC calls its only official hotel provider. WOC's Hotel & Travel page says the shuttle bus is free when you book through WOC Housing, powered by onPeak, though WOC's attendee FAQs say it isn't offered for hotels within walking distance. If you book elsewhere, you'll need to buy a non-refundable shuttle pass. WOC also warns about unauthorized companies posing as its hotel agency. For questions, WOC lists +1-212-600-3800, and you can report fake agencies to info@worldofconcrete.com.
WOC hasn't published parking prices. For the Vegas Loop, the Monorail and campus parking, see our Las Vegas convention center guide.
LVCC labor rules and what you can do yourself
Labor at the LVCC follows the venue's rules and the show's official contractor rules, so check the ESM before you plan to do any work yourself. Per the LVCC Facility Guide, your full-time employees can hand-carry with proof of employment, but only what one person can carry, with no hand trucks, dollies or pallet jacks. An EAC needs an annual LVCC EAC permit ($250), insurance certificates and a Clark County business license. Cox Business is the exclusive internet provider, so order a wired line for demos and lead scanners.
