About International Production & Processing Expo (IPPE) 2027

IPPE is a business event for the global meat, poultry and egg, and animal food industries, held each January in Atlanta. Exhibitors show the newest technology, processes, services and products, and attendees range from C-level managers to sales, plant and live operations, engineering and R&D staff. The 2026 show drew 1,375 exhibitors and about 33,000 registered attendees, with free and paid education.
